Richard A. Straw, 92, died at 2:40pm. Tuesday, May 29, 2007, at the Parkview Haven Retirement Home in Francesville, Indiana.He was born 18 Aug 1914 in Winamac to the late Herbert S. and Anna M. (Lebo) Straw. On 26 April 1943 he married Agnes M. Reinholt. She died 22 January 1989.
Mr. Straw was a chater member of the VFW Post 1728 Winamac. He was a regular at Vickie's Restaurant morning coffee group. He was an avid Cubs fan and enjoyed IU basketball and the Winamac girls basketball games. He was a member of the Lawton Christian Church in Lawton, IN. He is survivied by one daughter Alberta Straw and one son Albert (Debbie) Straw, all of Winamac, four grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
Services were held Saturday, July 2nd at Frain Mortuary with Rev Jerel Hartie officiating. Burial was in the McKinley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Winamac. Memorial contributions may be given to the Lawton Christian Church.

Reinholt was born on 30 Nov 1919 in Tippecanoe, Pulaski County, Indiana, died on 22 Nov 1989 in Pulaski Memorial Hospital in Winnamac, Indiana and was buried in McKinley Memorial Gardens Winamac, Pulaski County, Indiana, USA.)
