Ida May Bennett
General Notes: According to Mary Moore O'Connor, Ida was the one child who always stayed at home with her parents. Later in life she was a cook for a family named Hall in New York City. I have her cook book: Fannie Farmer; edition 1924. This was prior to her marriage to Mr Kettleman. On the inside leaf she had signed her name as follows: Ida married Valentine Kettleman on 20 Jun 1929. (Valentine Kettleman was born on 31 Dec 1878, died on 6 Jan 1939 and was buried in City Island, NY.) |
