HANCOCK '97 Funeral services were Thursday at Hancock Community Congregational Church for Eugene Sanford Straw of Milwaukee.
Burial was in North Deerfield Cemetery, Hancock,
.Mr. Straw was born in Webb City Mo., Jan. 8, 1903, and was married in 1923 at Hancock to
Edith Morey. He worked as an electrician all his life and belonged to Penwood Lodge. Technical League. EMBA, and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
Surviving are his wife, Edith; his mother, Mrs. Mary Straw, and four sons, Lawrence, Eugene Jr., Leighton, and Ellsworth, all ofMilwaukee; one brother, Kenneth,
Coro, Mich.; and five grandchildren.
