Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Hamilton-Leikness Funeral Home, Hancock, for Edith L. Straw, 80, Milwaukee, formerly of Hancock, who died Wednesday in Milwaukee.
The Reb. James Saunders will officiate and burial will be in North Deerfield Cemetery, town of Deerfield.
Mrs. Straw was born May 20, 1904, in Hancock, the daughter of Willard and Minnie Rozell Morey. She married Eugene Straw in 1924 in Hancock. He died in 1962. (Note from Jo: Willard was the son of Warren and Cornelia (Decker) Morey. Minnie was the daugher of Robert and Mary H. (DeVoe) Rozell.) Surviving are four sons, Lawrence and Ellsworth, both of Milwaukee, Leighton, Okauchee Lake, and Eugene Jr., Jackson; two sisters, Mabel Keenlance, Almond, and Lulu Marsou, Rosendale; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:30 a.m. Saturday until the time of services.
