"Articles of incorporation of the Straw & Ellsworth Manufacturing company were filed yesterday at the register of deeds' office. The incorporators are Wm. H. ELLSWORTH, Alonzo W. STRAW, Winslow W. THAYER, Wm. C. MIDDLETON and Frederick L. HORNEFFER. The object of the company is to 'manufacture, sell and buy' hats, caps, gloves, mittens, fur goods and furs and the capital stock is $125,000, divided into shares of $1,000 each."
