R. E. Claussen Wed
A ceremony performed Saturday at Wisconsin Rapids united in marriage Miss Barbara Ann
Straw, 701 College Ave., and Robert E. Claussen Jr., Wisconsin Rapids.
The reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints was the scene of the 2:30
pm. rites read by the Rev. Or-Blond Kimball for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold R. Straw
Jr., Wautoma. and the son of the senior Claussens, Wisconsin Rapids.
The newlyweds, both high school graduates... Mr. Claussen is employed by Preway, Inc., in
Wisconsin Rapids and his bride is working for Hardware Mutuals.
The bride chose her sister and the bridegroom his brother to serve as their attendants. Miss
Susie Straw took her place as maid of honor with Rogers Claussen as the best man.

Robert married Barbara Ann Straw, daughter of Harold Reid Straw and Dorothy A. Lane, on 18 Oct 1958 in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. (Barbara Ann Straw was born on 19 Feb 1938 in Wisconsin, died on 5 Apr 2001 in Timberlake Care Center in Missouri and was buried in Cremated.)
