The Charles STROW buried in Lockport NY is most probably him. The headstone says he died at age 55 yrs in 1863 which makes his DOB est at 1808..also in 1860 census he is referred to as Charles Straw while the rest of the family is given STROW as surname. It is interesting to note that Virginia Straw Phillips is also buried in the same cemetery. She descends down from the John 2 Straw line.
