Charlotte Straw [wife] all my household furniture; meat stock, sheep, swine, horses, carraiges and harnesses, fodder in barn. half of farming tools; one pew (#40) in First Congregational Meeting House; the homestead farm ( 95 acres) which I now live on for the rest of her life in Hopkinton so long as she remains single
Edmund S. Straw [son] Executor; at decease of my wife or if she should marry my homestead aforesaid described
Milton A. Straw [son] 500 dollars 2 yrs after my demise or marriage of my wife
Rufus B. Straw [son] 900 dollars- 400 in one yr and 500 in 2 yrs from my decease or if my wife should remarry

You are hereby notified that Edmund S. Straw, executor of the last will and testament of said deceased, will exhibit his account of the administration of said estate at a Court of Probate to be held in Concord in said county on the 22nd day of September next when and where you may appear and show cause if any you have, against the allowance of said account......"
