Anna G. Straw [wife] household furniture and personal property after payment of debts and funeral expenses; use of homestead which I bought of Reuben E. French containing one acre and all land, house and buildings as long as she remain my widow without selling homestead
Calvin Baptist Church in Hopkinton - two parcels of land in Hopkinton being a tract of mowing and natural tillage which I bought from Benjamin O. Kimball and another tract of wood land and pasture on the New Road so called leading from Hopkinton to Dunbarton which I bought of Ignatius W. Fellows and Josiah Knowlton ( residents of Hopkinton) the corporate agents of said Baptist Church reserving the crops for the year and following my decease to either pay my debts or to my surviving wife..he goes on to say he is leaving to the church funds to carry on their mission of the gospel and for them to provide for his wife until her second marriage or her decease.
