Martha "Marty" Straw, 68, died on Sept 2004 Friday. Martha was born and lived her entire life on the east side. She was a graduate of East High School and self-employed as a bookkeeper and tax consultant. She was a member of Union Park Christian Church and Eagles Lodge 109.
Martha is survived by her husband, Jim; one daughter; four grandchildren; one great-grandson and a brother. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday at Hamilton's Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to her church or Kavanagh House on 56th.h 12, 2004 at Kavanagh House on 56th. Services will be 11 a.m., Monday, March 15 at Hamilton's Funeral Home with burial at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
