Adella Myrtie "Della" Swinehart was born January 4, 1881 and died March 12, 1964. She was a teacher before marriage and according to family stories she was the teacher for her younger sister Vivian. According to Vivian, Adella was very hard on her about her studies. Adella married Arthur Michael Jurey October 05, 1905. They had three children, however only one – Roma Fern Jurey lived to adulthood. The other two children died in infancy or at birth. Roma married Hobern Thompson.
