Thank you for contacting the Historical Society for information. I am a member of the Society and worked at Tewksbury Hospital. I looked up the name provided and found that his Id# was 3885 and he died March 9, 1873. He was listed as a male, single and 62 years old. He died of Typhoid Fever at the Almshouse. His occupation was boot-maker and place of birth was New Hampshire and his parents were Elijah and Mary of New Hampshire. No towns were listed. I did not find Ezra buried at the Hospital but not all the records are complete. All the death records were turned of to the Tewksbury Town Clerks Office some years ago.

Ezra married Hannah Sawyer, daughter of Benjamin Sawyer and Unknown, on 30 Nov 1837 in Lowell, Middlesex County, Massachusetts. (Hannah Sawyer was born in 1810 in Warren, Grafton County, New Hampshire and died on 17 Feb 1853 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts.)
