"........... (Mary Brewer Follett Collins) had to elope with her second husband John Collins (as per the suggestion of her priest [Rev A. Fyme]) as her father (Patrick Brewer) wouldn't approve. Patrick Brewer wouldn't let Johnny Follett live with his mother which caused a strain in the relationship with Mary Brewers Follett Collins family. The relationship between the Collins and the Follets are fine now. Johnny Follett also had issues with the fact that he never saw his father." [per Patrick Brewer's grand daughter]
