The differances of Charles Straw and wife, formerly of [Oakdale?] who were hauled in to court as a result of charges of nonsupport by Mrs. Straw and a subsequent alleged gunplay concerning which neighbors complained, were amicably settled this afternoon when Straw agreed to pay $8 a week in support of his family. Straw was released from jail.

In district court today Della Straw filed suit for divorce against Charles Straw. Mrs Straw sets forth allegations that on numerous occasions during quarrels her spouse threatened to kill her and on Sept 20 last he drove her out of the house with a gun. Five months ago Straw disappeared leaving her and seven children withour means of support . Mrs Straw asks for custody of the flock of seven, the eldest of which is a boy of 14 and for the restoration of her maiden name Della Griffith.
