Mrs. Merol Mae Osier, 75, Pawling, the mother of Merritt Osier, Wingdale, died May 11 at her home. She was born in Tahawes August 11, 1894, the daughter of Eldred and Nellie Bennett Harpp. Formerly of Litchfield, Mrs. Osier had lived in Pawling for the last 15 years. Her husband, Alexander Osier, died May 17, 1926. In addition to her son, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Glennia Cirone, Thomaston, Conn.; brothers, Smith, Hadley, Richard, Chestertown; and Alfred Harpp, Corith; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Burial was in Pawling Cemetery
