Research of Ken Kennedy - joined the Army and was sent to Cuba. Ret'd to states and reinlisted and was stationed in California in 1907 when the Great Earthquake took palce. While there he helped with the disaster cleanup. From there he went to the Phillipines, contracted Asiatic Cholera and died (1908). He is buried in the Phillipines.
