Flossie Straw to be buried Wednesday
HARTFORD - Mrs. Luther (Flossie Mae) Straw, 73, died Monday, Jan. 22, at Lake View hospital, Paw Paw.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today, Jan. 24, at the Calvin Funeral home with the Rev. William E. Goltz officiating, followed by burial in Maple Hill cemetery.
Mrs. Straw was born in Van Buren county. She is survived by a son, Donald, a daughter, Mrs. Eleanore Johnson, both of Hartford, three grandchildren, six great grandchildren and a brother.

Flossie married Luther Straw, son of George Francis Straw and Etta M. Hope, on 16 Apr 1912 in Grand Rapids, Kent County, Michigan. (Luther Straw was born on 24 Apr 1890 in Porter, Van Buren County, Michigan, died on 23 Dec 1961 in Watervliet, Berrien county, Michigan and was buried in Maple Hill Cemetery Hartford, Van Buren County, Michigan, USA.)
