recollections of J. O'Connor Foster. He was my next door neighbor in Chestertown, NY.
His sons Vincent and Arnold are now deceased. He had 4 daughters; three still livng as of November 2008.

Carl married Ruby Catherine Hanmer, daughter of Joseph W. Hanmer and Catherine Palmer, 20 JUL 1927 Moriah, Essex, New York. (Ruby Catherine Hanmer was born in 1910 and died in 1960.)
