Notes for Alfred William Maze: He attended school at longdale and worked at various postions before becomeing a heavy equipment operator. He worked on Canton Dam and did mechanic work. On July 16,1944, he marred Pearl Anna Straw at Fairview. They lived in Fairview, Longdale and Ringwood before moving to woodward in 1957.He worked for Hoover Caterpillar Co. for two years.In 1959, he went in to business for himself at AL'S Garage. On August 1, 1970. He married Ruth Maria Martinez at Woodward where they made their home Surviving are three daughters, Shirley Link Richardson, Texas,Patricia Ann Goodballet of Woodward and Barbara Holt of Bethany; and one son David of Richardson, Texas; Two stepdaughters Mac Barnett and Audrey Newell both of Woodward; One stepson, Don Drinnon of Garland, Texas.

Alfred married Pearl Anna Straw, daughter of Peter Straw and Eliza Weibe, on 16 Jul 1944 in Fairview, Major County, Oklahoma. (Pearl Anna Straw was born on 5 Sep 1926, died on 18 Apr 1968 and was buried in Elmwood Cemetery in Woodard, Oklahoma.)
