GedCom of R. Kerr (sent June 2006) - Twin of Benjamin. Learned trade as a tinner at age of 24 years, went to Adams Township, Washington County, and followed his trade for ten years. He then made his home in Lowell, and while still a resident of that city embarked in mercantile pursuits, in which he continued for twenty-three years. He sold his business to Sprague & Wolfram upon his retirement. (History of Marietta and Washington County)
