Could she be the d/o Israel and Abiah (Nelson) Straw? They had a daughter Betty born in Weare, NH 1791 who would have been about 16 when her daughter was born

Betsey married Robert Heath Noyes, son of Paul Noyes and Sarah Morse, in 1806 in Newbury, Essex County, Massachusetts. (Robert Heath Noyes was born on 17 Nov 1782 in Newburyport, Essex County, Massachusetts and died on 14 Feb 1854 in Maine.)
