It would appear from the above that Hellen/Ellen E. Eaton was born c1855 in Maine to James and Sarah Eaton. She married John Noyes [some 26 yrs her senior] as his 3rd wife in Jan of 1874. They had a daughter named Grace born 1873 [these dates could be off] John must have died because Ellen/Hellen married again in Oct of 1875 in Raymond, NH to Samuel Sylvester Smart. Hellen/Ellen must have died between Oct 1875 and Nov 1877 because her daughter ws adopted out to the Straw family and Samuel Smart remarried in Nov 1877 to Lenora Ellis born 1858 NH and they had 4 known children.
