Olive's death certificate states she was buried in Holliston, Massachusetts. I believe this is the cemetery, but I'm not 100 % certain.
She was the middle of the three children of Henry B. Huston and Hattie Gray. When she was 24, she married Joseph Gilman Jacobs (he was 35; this was his second marriage) on April 19, 1913, and they had the following children:
Joseph Nicholas/Nichols, born February 13, 1914;
Charles Huston, born March 20, 1915;
John David, born May 25, 1916; and
Priscilla, born June 3, 1917.
She was a graduate of the grammar and high schools in Quincy, Massachusetts, and later, the Bridgewater Normal School. In the years before her marriage she taught at the Willard School, and later was the Assistant Principal.
Olive's husband died in 1920, leaving her with four young children to raise, ages 2, 3, 4, and 5. But she persevered.
Apparently she died in a Galveston hospital of anemia and acute circulatory collapse, while visiting her older sister, Mildred Phelan, in Galveston, Texas, who shipped her sister's body to Holliston for burial, and probably accompanied the body.
