In Sep 1864 Harriet applied for increase in pension to support a son [Timothy Kennedy] who was born Dec 1861. She rec'd 8$ per month and an add'l $2 per month for her son Timothy Kennedy.
On 30 Sept 1908 [after death of husband Edwin Hall] she applied again for her first husband's pension [Kennedy] stating she had no means of support. She rec'd $12 /mo She died in 1918 of bronchitis. She was living with friends at the time in West Bolton, VT [Mrs E. B. York (Sadie A.)]as her husband left her with no insurance nor was there a Will. The town of Bolton paid for her husband Edwin's funeral expenses. The town also paid for her funeral expenses.
Harriet married Timothy Kennedy, son of Simeon Kennedy and Unknown, on 3 Mar 1861 in Jericho, Chittenden County, Vermont. (Timothy Kennedy was born in 1821 in Dublin, Ireland, died on 29 Jun 1862 in Savage Station, Henrico, Virginia, USA and was buried in Unknown Grave [Civil War].)
