Feltis, K. Douglas Nov. 28, 2007 CULVER - K. Douglas Feltis, 86, longtime resident of Fulton County, near Culver, passed away on November 28, 2007. He is survived by a daughter, Connie Carpenter-McIntosh; a son, Gary D. Feltis; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be on Dec. 3, 2007, at 11 a.m., EST, in Bonine-Odom Funeral Home, Culver, with a time of sharing memories with the family from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will follow at McKinley Gardens Cemetery, Winamac, IN.
