"Mr and Mrs Lawrence Glaser [photo included] observing their 52 nd wedding anniversary today. Married 9 Nov 1887 in Neenah, they have one son, Harold Galser of Appleton, 6 grand children, two great grandchildren. Except for 2 years in Cheyene, WY, Mr and Mrs Galser have lived in Appleton all their married life. Mr. Galser, now retired, was for twenty years an employee of the Conway Hotel serving as a stock man for most of those years. Mrs Glaser was Mertie Underwood before her marriage.

Lawrence married Mertie J. Underwood, daughter of Isaac J. Underwood and Jane Woodward, on 9 Nov 1887 in Neenah, Winnebago County, Wisconsin. (Mertie J. Underwood was born on 28 Nov 1868 in Fond du Lac, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin and died on 9 Nov 1947 in Appleton, Outagamie county, Wisconsin.)
