Missouri Death Certificate No. 27934: Mrs. Alvira Pollock OFFUTT, born 29 Jul 1846, Missouri; died 24 Aug 1929, Kansas City, Jackson, Missouri. Alvira was the wife of Henry C. OFFUTT. She was also the daughter of Frank POLLOCK (of AL) and Margaret McCRORY (of MO). Alvira was 83 years and 26 days of age when she died from pneumo flux with tochsorria (?) The informant listed was Henry C. OFFUTT, 5514 Harrison Street. Alvira was buried at Forest Hill, 26 Aug 1929, by Freeman Mortuary.

The cause of his death was broncho pneumonia.
