  General Notes:

NORTHRUP Nora - Mrs. Nora Johnson, aged 95, of Towanda RD 4 died at the Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre early Sunday morning. Mrs. Johnson was born July 3, 1864, in Sullivan County, the daughter of Chester and Amanda TALADA Northrup. Surviving are a son, Harold, of Towanda R D 4; three daughters, Mrs Alfred LEE, of Monroeton, Mrs. Raymond Lee of New Albany and Mrs Perl Johnson of Warren Center; two sisters, Mrs. Frank Straw of Elmira and Mrs. Walter Monahan of New Albany, 36 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoond at 2 o'clock at the Maryott Funeral Home on York Avenue. Rev Edgar W. Sahin will officiate and interment will be in Kellogg cemetery. Pallbearers were Clifford Johnson., Perley Johnson, Harold Johnson, Frank Swingle, Harry Lee and Theodore Lee. Submitted by Reva Wagner. February 8, 1961, Towanda Daily Review.
