Mandell 41 died Thursday in Big Spring Hospital following a lengthy illness.......cremation in San Antonio. born 9 Nov 1930 in El Paso...lived in El Paso for 25 years opereating a number of service stations there. Survivors include his mother Mrs Louise Mandell of Milan, TN, three brothers, D. C of Chrystal, Harold of Santa Clara, CA and Wesley of Upper Marlboro MD.
