Ruth Blumeshine Allen, 93, died Wednesday, April 24, 2002, in Peoples Long Term Care Center after a short illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Cornerstone Four Square Church, by the Rev. William Black. Burial: Mount Hope Cemetery. Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at Reiff Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. to service time Saturday at the church.
Survivors include a daughter, Maye Youngblut of Washburn; two sons, Carl of Amelia, Neb., and Lloyd of Waterloo; and a brother, Ralph Straw.
