Ephraim Garrett Patton, son of Jeremy and Kelly Patton of Saucier, was born June 30, 1999, at Memorial Hospital at Gulfport.
Regina and Charles Garrett of Gulfport are the maternal grandparents. The maternal great-grandparents are Luvy Cuevas and Roland Baker Jr., both of Pass Christian and Bobby Straw, Gordy Straw and Elmer Garrett, all of Gulfport.
Paternal grandparents are Tamera and Donald "Butch" Patton of Saucier. The paternal great-grandparents are Owen Patton Sr. of Saucier, Mary Agnes and Gaston Smith, both of McHenry.
The mother is the former Kelly Ann Garrett of Gulfport.

Gordon Oliver Straw, age 77 and a resident of Gulfport, passed away on Monday, August 16, 2010, in Gulfport. Mr. Straw had been a resident of Gulfport for the past 39 years and was of the Baptist faith. He served in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy. Mr. Straw was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Mr. Straw is preceded in death by his parents, Reo & Thelma Straw; his daughter, Danita Straw of Iowa and his stepson, Chris Garrett of Gulfport. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Bobbie Straw of Gulfport; his sons, Danny (Susie) Straw and Reo Straw all of Iowa; his stepsons, Charles (Regina) Garrett and Tim Garrett all of Gulfport; his stepdaughter, Ann (Buck) Fore of Gulfport; his sister, Marjorie Prescott of Forsyth, MO; 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, August 20, 2010, at 4:00 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church, 17430 Landon Road in Gulfport, where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. A private burial will be held at Finley Cemetery at a later date. The RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport, is in charge of arrangements.
