Joyce Garner, 66, Lake City, FL passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2013 after a short illness. The Ashtabula, Ohio native was of protestant faith. She is survived by her husband of 30 years: Martin E. Garner, Lake City, FL; mother: Betty Straw, Jefferson, OH; two sons: Josh Garner, Lake City, FL, Jason Straw, Gainesville, FL; two brothers: Chuck Straw, New Port News, VA, Jim Straw, Grants Pass, OR and two grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm Friday, January 25th at First Baptist Church in Lake City, Fl with Rev. Robert Bass officiating.
