Mildred Adams
GULFPORT,[ Harrison County, MS]--- Mildred Lucille Adams, 79, died Thursday, Jan. 16, 2003, in Gulfport.
Mrs. Adams was a native of Pearl River County and a lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast. She was a homemaker, former member of DAV and VFW Auxiliary, and a member of First Baptist Church of Orange Grove.
She was preceded in death by her son, Paul M. Brewer; two brothers, Ed Toney and Wilton Toney; and one sister, Erma Lee Alexander.
Survivors include her husband, Clyde A. Adams of Gulfport; one daughter, Elizabeth Hoskins and her husband Mark of Gulfport; seven sons, Carl Adams and wife Thirrey, Ray Brewer and wife Shelia, Ronnie Brewer and wife Kathy, Dwight Brewer and wife Louise, Aubrey Brewer, Sr. and wife Patsy, all of Gulfport; L.C. Brewer and wife Sherry, and Robert Brewer all of Pass Christian; two step-daughters, Carolyn Payne and husband, Ernie of Gulfport, Gracie Cobb and husband Grady of Carthage; two nieces, Bobbie Straw and Helen Lightell both of Gulfport; 23 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

PICAYUNE '97 Helen Lightell Helen Lightell, 81, of Gulfport, Miss., passed away on January 15, 2012 in Gulfport.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Homer and Elmer Reagan; and three brothers, Devon Reagan, Ray Alexander, and Murray Alexander.
She is survived by: her husband, Dexter R. Lightell of Gulfport; her children, Sandra Jordan (James), Linda Shaw, and Debbie Smith (Don), all of Poplarville, Miss., Danny T. Buckalew (Dara) of Vancleave, MIss., and Dexter Lightell, Jr of Slidell, La.; a sister, Bobbie Straw; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
She was a member of Bel Aire Baptist Church, Gulfport. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, she will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
The funeral service were held on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, in Gulfport. Burial followed at Finley Cemetery in Gulfport.

GULFPORT --- Devone Reagan, 67, died Wednesday, June 13, in Gulfport.
Mr. Reagan was a native of Tylertown and a longtime resident of the Gulf Coast. He was a service station attendant and was a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by a son, Olvey Reagan.
Survivors include a son, David Reagan of Long Beach; two brothers, Dicky Ray Alexander and Murray Lynn Alexander; two sisters, Bobby Straw and Mary Helen Lightel; his longtime companion, Edith Delancey, all of Gulfport; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Saturday at Riemann Memorial Funeral Home, U.S. 49 North, Gulfport. Graveside services will follow at 11 a.m. at Free Church of God Cemetery.

Obituary of Bobbie Straw
Bobbie Nell Straw, age 85, of Gulfport, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2018.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Chris Garrett and Tim Garrett.
Bobbie is survived by her children, Ann (Buck) Fore and Charles (Regina) Garrett, both of Gulfport; her grandchildren, Gina, Ron, Kelly, Jason, Leslie, and Christopher; and nine great-grandchildren.
A special thank you from her family to Vi Gilbert, Bobbie dearest friend.
She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, Gulfport, where she enjoyed her Sunday School Class, Charlies Angels.
The family would like to thank Stephanie and Ashley and the staff of Notre Dame Hospice and special thanks to Marian Kelly for all you did for mom.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 3:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, with a visitation for family and friends from 2:00 PM until the service.
Burial will follow in Finley Cemetery.

Bobbie married Gordon Oliver Straw, son of Reo Straw and Thelma B. Risdon, circa 1972. (Gordon Oliver Straw was born on 19 Jun 1933, died on 16 Aug 2010 in Gulfport, Harrison County, Mississippi, USA and was buried in Finley Cemetery Gulfport, Harrison County, Mississippi, USA.)
