"MOUND CITY, Mo.- Marvin Heck, 80, died Monday morning, at a St. Joseph hospital.
Mr. Heck, a native of Holt County, returned to Mound City about 15 years ago after residing in Omaha. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Myrtle Heck of the home here; two brothers, Frank Heck, Mound City, and Clarence Heck, Maitland, Mo., and two sisters, Mrs. Effie Dearmont, Mound City, and Mrs. Ruth Conner, Smithville, Mo.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, at the Mound City Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Clarence Smith officiating. Burial will be in New Liberty cemetery.
The body is at the Pettijohn & Crawford mortuary here."
