Notes for Cornelius (Neil) Aaron PARSONS:
Cornelius and Adelaide moved from Clattice Harbour NW to Fox Harbour in 1951. Neil, as he was
called, loved to read and tell stories and to sing songs. In the early 1970's Neil and Adelaide
moved into an apartment in Placentia where they lived out the rest of their lives. Living in Placentia
afforded them more opportunities for socialization.
Neil died of Leukemia in hospital in Placentia, NL
Notes for Adelaide Mary LEONARD:
Adelaide was a shy, quiet person. By age 14 she was living with the James Bernard Parsons family
in Clattice Harbour, for whom she worked as a domestic servant.
