I have in my Greenes file(Point Verde) a Julia Connors who was married to Robert Greene(1916-1993).She was daughter of Sylvester Connors and her mother a Houlihan from Merasheen.

Passed peacefully away at the Placentia Health Centre on January 30, 2019, Julia Greene (nee Connors), at the age of 96.
Predeceased by her husband Robert Greene son Desmond, and daughter Alice Stringer (John); parents Elizabeth and Sylvester Connors; brothers James, Mike, and Pat; and son-in-law Bern.
Leaving to mourn are her children Beverley Healey (Peter), James (Pat), Bob (Kathy), Carley Fiander, John (Bruce), and Betty Tobin; her grandchildren Charlene (Allan), P.J., Bob (Melinda), Karen, Sheena (Robert), Lesley (Justin), Danny (Courtney), Lindsey (Steph), Chris (Ashley), and Melissa (Mike); her great-grandchildren Spencer, Ainsley, Maddy, Mia, Jonathan, Evah, Mariah, T.J., Haylee, William, Olivia, Haden, Madison, Riley, Lucas, Ashton, and Connor; many nieces, nephews and other members of the Connors family; her wonderful and caring homecare workers Debbie, Donna, and Liz; as well as her very special friends Marg Collins, Mark Trimble, Rose Vallis and Curtis Penney.
Funeral arrangments entrusted to Maher's Funeral Home, Placentia. Visitation to take place on Thursday, February 7th from 7pm to 9pm, and Friday, February 8th from 4pm to 8pm. Mass of Christian Burial to take place 10:30am on Saturday, February 9th at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia. Inurnment to follow at Dermot McGettigan Memorial Cemetery, Southeast Placentia.

Julia married Robert J. Greene, son of John Greene and Mariah Ennis. (Robert J. Greene was born on 4 Apr 1916 in Placentia, Newfoundland and died on 26 Jun 1993 in Health Sciences Center - St. John's, Newfoundland.)
