MOLLOY, Irene
Passed peacefully away Saturday, October 30, 2004 at St. Luke's Nursing Home, St. John's, Irene Molloy, formerly of Marystown. She was 90 years old. Predeceased by husband John. Left to mourn are sons Vince (Vera) of Marystown and John (Cindy) of Atlanta, Georgia; daughters Mary (husband Bren) of St. John's, Lorraine (husband Kevin) of Corner Brook, Kay (husband Leonard) of Paradise and Marguerite (husband Martin) of Carbonear. Also leaving to mourn sister Kay in Philadelphia and a large number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Father Charlie Kelly conducted funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church, Marystown Wednesday, Nov. 3 with interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of White Dove Funeral Homes, Marystown. Pallbearers were Randy Brenton, Kevin Burden, Eugene Deveraux, Len Edwards, Stephen Hurley and Leo Stapleton. Cross bearer was Stephanie Edwards.

Irene married John Thomas Molloy, son of Patrick Molloy and Elizabeth Mary Brake. (John Thomas Molloy was born in Aug 1916 in Marystown, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, died in Feb 2004 and was buried in Sacred Heart Cemetery - Marystown, Newfoundland.)
