It is with great sadness that the family of the late Stephen Daniel Fitzpatrick announce his passing at his residence on Tuesday, May 21, 2002 at the age of 54 years. He will be sadly missed by his mother, Hazel Fitzpatrick of Stephenville and two brothers: Loyola (Beverly) Fitzpatrick of St. John's, Dermot Fitzpatrick (Anne Coady) of Toronto and three sisters: Alice (George) Miles of St. George's, Hazel (Marvyn) Robar of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Goretti (Daniel) Mallet of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and two nieces: Deanna Miles, Elizabeth Miles and one nephew, Ronald Miles and a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Thomas P. Fitzpatrick on September 12, 2001. Friends may call at Russell's Funeral Home, 39 Queen Street, Stephenville on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, May 25th at 11:00 a.m. from St. Stephen's Parish, West Street, Stephenville with interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery, Hansen Highway, Stephenville.
