BRAZIL, Augustine B.
Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick's Mercy Home after a lengthy illness October 31st, 2000, Augustine (Gus) Brazil of Mount Pearl in his 78th year. Predeceased by his parents John and Margaret and his three brothers Jim, Leo, and Walter Brazil of Spaniard's Bay. Left to mourn with fond and never to be forgotten memories are his wife Frances; son Kevin; daughter Kathy; son-in-law Brian Bartlett; two precious granddaughters: Samantha and Stephanie Bartlett; brother Frank (Marie) Brazil, Spaniard's Bay; mother-in-law Margaret Doyle, Stephenville; sisters-in-law: Josie and Margaret Brazil, Spaniard's Bay, Bernadette (Hugh) Hynes, Stephenville, Doreen (Ted) Marche, Aguathuna, Joan Cashin and Rennie White, Kippens, Regina (John) Felix, Doris (Charles) Felix, both of Ontario; brothers-in-law: Leo (Gerri) Doyle, Stephenville, Terry (Joan) Doyle, Bishop's Falls, John (Bride) Doyle and Alex (Louise) Doyle, both of Kippens, and Bill Hart of Boston, Massachusetts; numerous nieces and nephews and a wide circle of other relatives and friends, especially his Brother Knights of John B. Kent Council Knights of Columbus, Mount Pearl. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 1081 Topsail Road, Mount Pearl, Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9:30 p.m. Funeral Mass from Mary Queen of the World, Topsail Road, Friday, November 3rd, 2000 at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
