Passed peacefully away at the U.S. Memorial Health Care Centre in St. Lawrence on Tuesday May 5, 2009, Laura May Molloy of Burin, formerly of Jean de Baie in her 86th year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories sister Susanna Moulton of Burin; nephew Aubrey (Michelle) Moulton of Burin; nieces Jackie (Ray) Kirby of Burin and Vivian Moulton (Shane Foote) of Burin; plus a large circle of family and friends. Pre-deceased by her husband Ernest Molly. Resting and Visitation to take place from Wiseman's Funeral Home in Marystown on Tuesday May 5th from 7pm to 9pm; and Wednesday May 6th from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. Funeral Mass to take place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Marystown on Thursday May 7, 2009 at 10:30am. Interment to follow at Star of The Sea Roman Catholic Cemetery in Jean de Baie. In Laura's memory donations may be made to the CNIB. No flowers by request of the family.
Laura married Ernest Molloy, son of Garrett Molloy and Emily Hannim. (Ernest Molloy was born in 1907 in Newfoundland.)
