It is with great sadness that the family of the late HILDA FRANCES GAULTON of Parker's Cove announce her passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on Monday November 2, 2009 at the age of 74. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories sons Brian (Irene) of Parker's Cove, Carl (Wanda) of Marystown, and Leonard (Charlotte) of Parker's Cove; daughter Gertie (John) Miller of Rushoon, Ruth (Leonard) Gaulton of Parker's Cove, Juanita (Jim) Miller of Marystown, Kimberley (Howard) Strowbridge of Marystown, and Kerry (Rodney) Synard of Parker's Cove; sisters Mercedes (Ed) Pardy of Mt. Pearl, Marion (Bern) Murphy of Parker's Cove, and Mary (Randell) Hayse of Parkers Cove; brothers John (Cecilia) Murphy, Tom (Madeline) Murphy, Raymond (Dorothy) Murphy, and Kevin (Elsie) Murphy all of Parker's Cove; 26 grandchildren; 9 great-greatgrandchildren; best friend Annie Gaulton; plus a large circle of family and friends. Pre-deceased by husband Leonard, parents Susanna and Albert Muphy, grandson Dana Miller, sister Mary Magdalen Murphy, brothers Pius Murphy and Charlie Fewer. Resting and Visitation to take place from Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church in Parker's Cove on Tuesday November 3rd from 7pm - 10pm; and Wednesday November 4th from 10am - 10pm. Funeral Mass to take place at Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church in Parker's Cove on Thursday November 5, 2009 at 11:00am. Cremation to follow. Hilda married Leonard Gaulton, son of Jonas J. Gaulton and Annie Synard. (Leonard Gaulton was born in 1933 in SandyPoint, Newfoundland and died in 1988.)
