It is with great sadness that the family of the late Joseph Edward Tucker announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Saturday, December 9, 2006 at the age of 83 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Myrtle and two sons: Gary (Theresa) Tucker of Stephenville, Joey Tucker of New Brunswick; three daughters: Joy (Walter) Brake of Kippens, Lottie (Ken) Bull of St. Anthony Bight, Beverley Tucker of Richmond Hill, ON; six brothers: Budd, Chris, Herb, Gord, Edward, Bob; nine sisters: Lottie, Gloria, Pearl, Gladys, Dawn, Joan, Joyce, Berdina, Anne; four grandchildren: Christa, Christopher, Aaron, Adrian; two great-grandchildren: Jamie and Jasmine; and his dog Lucy. He was predeceased by his sister, Effie, and grandson, Andrew Tucker. Friends may call at Russell's Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville, on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, December 12th at 2:00 p.m. at the Zion Pentecostal Church, Carolina Avenue, Stephenville with interment in the Salvation Army Section, Hillside Interfaith Cemetery, Hansen Highway, Stephenville.
