Passed peacefully away at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on December 3, 2012, Victor Green, age 72 from Come By Chance. Predeceased by parents, Edward and Bridget Green; sisters, Emma (Ernest Penney), Beatrice and Valerie; brothers, James and Melvin. Leaving to mourn with many fond and loving memories are his wife, Vera; children, Darlene, Jim, Paulette (Geoff Beck) and Cindy; grandchildren, Jasmine, Ashley, Victoria, Kiera and Carter; brothers, Jack (Winnie) and Frank (Alice); sister, Mary (Harry Gilbert); brothers-in-law, Clarence Bolt and Patrick Fardy; sister-in-law, Irene Green and many other relatives and friends. Rested at the St. Paul's Anglican/United Church, Come By Chance from where the funeral service, officiated by Rev. Gordon Flint, took place on December 5, 2012 with interment following.
