It is with great sadness that the family of the late Catherine Mary Miller announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Monday, February 8, 2010 at the age of 73 years. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, James J. Miller and six sons: James F. (Gloria) of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Dan (Phyllis), Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Bob (Debbie) of Stephenville, Paul (Sheila) of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Bill (Tammy) of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Kenny (Jennifer) of St. John's and six daughters: Ann Marie of Stephenville, Cathy (Brian) of Stephenville, Mary (Norman) of Kingston, Nova Scotia, Judy (Darren) of Stephenville, Anita (Fred) of Stephenville, Carolyn (Geoff) of Oromocto, New Brunswick, four brothers: Charlie (Grace) Walsh of Niagara Falls, John Walsh of Niagara Falls, Bill (Linda) Walsh of Stephenville, Francis (Lorna) Walsh of Niagara Falls, one sister, Rita (Harvey) of Stephenville, 15 grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Mary Ann Walsh and brother, James Walsh. Friends may call at Russell's Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, February 11th at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen's Parish, West Street, Stephenville with Interment in the Hillside Interfaith Cemetery, Hansen Highway, Stephenville. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.

Catherine married James Joseph Miller, son of Joseph Miller and Bridget Bavis, on 13 Jun 1956 in Newfoundland. (James Joseph Miller was born in 1933 in Mussell Harbour, Newfoundland and died on 29 Nov 2011 in Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital - Stephenville, Newfoundland.)
