n the year 1897, on the 29th of November at nine o'clock in the morning, before us, Marie Lefevre, first deputy delegated to the civil registry, appeared David Cusick, painter of buildings, aged 48 years, cousin of the deceased, and Joseph Poulard, sailor, aged 29 years, who inform us of the death of JAMES CUSICK, sailor, aged about 38 years. He was born at St. Lawrence, Newfoundland in 1859, son of the late THOMAS CUSICK and AMELIA PHILIPPE (McKILLOP), his widow, residing in St. Lawrence. Mr. Cusick was found dead on Jacques Cartier Street yesterday morning at seven o'clock.
