Charles M. WARNER, son of Rev. J. W. and Viola A. WARNER was born at Elbourn, Illinois August 23, 1859 and departed this life at his home at Shadyside, Bird Lake, Michigan, June 1, 1925 aged 65 years, 9 months and 8 days. October 20, 1886 he was united in marriage to Alice STRAW and to this union was born one son, Glen WARNER who preceded him in death June 21, 1906. He leaves to mourn their loss the wife Alice, one brother William E. WARNER of Hillsdale, Mich., one sister Mrs. Mary BEAR, Ft. Collins, Colorado, other relatives and a host of friends. For many years Mr. WARNER has conducted the store and summer resort at Shadyside, on the shores of Bird Lake.
