"WICHITAN, 67, DIES AFTER LONG ILLNESS
Miss Mary Dermody, 67, of 141 Lulu ave., died at her home Thursday following an extended illness. Born Jan. 28, 1887 at St. Louis, MO., Miss Dermody had been a resident of Wichita since 1893. She was a member of St. Anthony's Church, the third Order of St. Francis and the Missouri Society. Miss Dermody had served as Regent of the Daughters of Isabella for more than 10 years.
survivors include five brothers, Richard, William and Clement, all of the home. Frank M., Kersting Hotel, and Leo B. 626 S. Holyoke Ave., and four sisters, Margaret and Helen both of the home, Mrs. Clementine Straw, 239 S. Lorraine Ave., and Mrs. Rosalyn Mueller, Joplin, MO.
Mass will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Anthony's Church with the Rev. Boniface Sack officiating. There will be a recitation of the Rosary at 8:30 p.m. Friday at Lahey Mortuary. Burial will ne in Calvary Cemetery."
