1910 - can't locate him as Arthur S. Atkins or Atkinson; his brother Almon is living in boarding house in Lowell, MA and says he is married 18yrs - no wife with him.

24 Nov 1915 Ohio State death certificate -Arthur Atkinson gives address as 317 Troy St. in Toledo, OH on death certificate of his stillborn daughter- infant was buried the next day in Forest Cemetery. Under parents it is indicated that Arthur Shirley Atkinson is father born VT and mother is Elvira Straw born VT [I believe he somehow thought they were asking for HIS mother's name with her maiden name.] The delivery took place in Toledo Home Hospital located at 1204 Madison in Toledo, OH .Since mother is not listed I am supposing it is the woman named Christine B. to whom he is married and living with in 1920-1930 census.

His address was 1531 E. 81st st in Cleveland, OH; married with wife Christine.Informant: Christine Atkinson of 1531 E. 81st St in Cleveland, OH. Burial place Brooklyn Heights Cemetery on 5 April 1937. Funeral firm: D. O Daugherty? of 8937 Euclid Ave in Cleveland. Principal cause of death and related causes: generalized arteriosclerosis; arteriosclerotic heart disease; cerebral accident (stroke) and terminal bronchopneumonia.
