1930 - can't locate her..would be about age 12 yrs...her mother Ellen has remarried and is living with her new husband and his parents- her paternal grandmother is 82 and lives with a married daughter; her maternal grandmother is a nurse living in a private home and Thelma is not with either of them. Her brother Wm and sister Violet are living with their married sister Irene Pryor and sister Clara is married and lives with husband and baby ( all of Thelma's sibs are living in Nevada, Vernon County MO and I did not read the whole census to try and locate her)

1940- Bethlehem, Henry County, MO - her brother William is living with their mother and her second husband..Thelma would be about age 21/22 and is not in the HH.(Could she be married?) According to her marriage records to James Straw she was Goldie DIXON.According to her obit she was survived by a son called Rex Dixon. According to her social Security records she was using the name Thelma McMillin Dixon in Dec 1937 at age 19 yrs.
