DAVID I. STRAW, 68, of Tampa died Wednesday at University Community Hospital. A native of Chapel Hill, N.C., he moved to Tampa from Coral Springs in 1989. He was a retired sales representative with Albertson's, a Navy veteran of World War II, Protestant, and a member of American Legion Post 139. He is survived by his wife, Wanda; three sons, Robert Kuberski and Richard Kuberski, both of Millington, Mich., and Lon Kuberski of Lutz; five daughters, Janet Rowley of Millington, Lynne Hebner of Tecumseh, Mich., Susan Larson of Bay City, Mich., Nancy Blackledge of Monrovia, Ind., and Cherly Fernandez of Tampa; 16 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
